The service call fee covers system diagnosis only. If any repairs are needed, we will inform you of the diagnosis and repair cost. If you agree with the charges, we will repair it on the spot (if parts are available), or reschedule a follow up visit. A 20% deposit may be request in order to confirm a future appointment. By using our services, you agree that the service call fee is non-refundable once rendered. We provide a 30 day guarantee on our labor, and all of our parts are backed by manufacturer's warranties. Our technicians work under the supervision of HVAC professionals licensed by the State of Georgia. Our website is encrypted and card payments are secured and processed by Stripe. For invoice payments, follow the instructions on the email we have provided you. The email should include the details to fill in. You may request a refund, within the first 24 hours of submitting the payment, provided no work has been done prior to requesting the refund.
